Shipping policy

Order processing. Orders are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day if placed before 1pm. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery. Standard delivery is £5.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Parcels are sent with Royal Mail and usually arrive within 6 working days of dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 working days, contact us within 10 days.
